Digital Billboards

Make your eligible billboard time earn

Turn available loop time into approved spots that actually play and income your network retains. We help owners test a suitable buying route or correct an existing site, scheduling or delivery gap.

MonetizeDesk works with digital billboard and large-format screen owners and their sales, scheduling, operations and finance teams. The review starts with the site's controlled time and existing commitments, then follows the opportunity to playback and receipts.

Define the site and available loop share

A digital billboard loop placement occupies an agreed duration or share in a rotating schedule. Identify the screen, operating windows, available seconds and priority after direct campaigns and other protected content.

Creative requirements reflect orientation, resolution, viewing distance, legibility and site restrictions. Location and time can support geographic selection for a buyer's brief without claiming knowledge of each person passing the screen. Static billboard faces have a different delivery model and are outside this digital-screen review.

Compatible content-management, player and DOOH buying systems must carry an accepted transaction through approval, scheduling and playback. Creative preparation and device reporting may require lead time; an automated purchase is not an assurance of instant public display.

Add a route or repair an earning network

For a first automated route, choose a small site group and daypart. Confirm accurate metadata, eligible loop share, supported creative, device readiness, buyer path and direct-sales priorities. Follow the complete transaction-to-play chain before expanding.

For an established route, investigate unsold available time, creative rejection, slow approvals, player or display outages, incorrect operating windows, priority conflicts and missing or duplicate playback records.

For example, a busy junction can still yield little if the display is unavailable during its sold window. Another buyer connection cannot repair that fault. The pilot tests the diagnosed cause and compares the gain against displaced direct income and added costs.

Verify the play and declare the audience method

Align eligible slots, accepted orders, approved creative, scheduled and reported plays, display availability and net receipts by screen and daypart. Match the proof-of-play source to the creative and actual operating period, and state what the available health data verifies.

A screen photograph illustrates placement; it does not reconcile a campaign's delivery. Estimated audience impressions also require a distinct method tied to the site's location, sight lines and time. A play count, gross exposure estimate and unique reach are not interchangeable.

What your team receives

Your team receives a site-and-loop allocation map, a scheduling-to-income baseline and a prioritized launch or correction. The pilot plan identifies the sites and times, sales and technical responsibilities, creative rules, priorities, playback evidence and reporting.

The result explains paid delivery, retained income, outages and reporting limits using the agreed comparison. We recommend keeping, revising, expanding or stopping the route. The owner approves live scheduling and sales-policy changes; integration and ongoing operation have separately agreed terms.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about digital billboards and how a monetization review can begin.

Can we offer the entire loop when it is partly booked?

Only time available under the actual direct commitments, protected content and scheduling rules can enter the new route.

Can a buyer change any creative immediately?

The approved asset, site restrictions and supported delivery workflow determine what can run and when.

Does a player record prove a passerby saw the ad?

Playback evidence and audience estimation address different questions.

Why can a high-traffic site earn little?

Check eligible time, buyer access, approval, actual delivery, display availability and net costs before attributing the gap to price.

Could another selling route reduce income?

Displacement, costs and unfulfilled delivery can outweigh added bookings; the pilot compares net contribution.

Can we start with a few sites?

A defined site-and-time group can establish the real operating and commercial result before expansion.
