MonetizeDesk works with owners and operators of digital out-of-home (DOOH) screen networks. Your locations, available time, operating rules and current sales arrangements define the opportunity. A connected screen alone does not establish sellable advertising inventory.
Choose the screen operation you run
Digital Billboards offer timed spots in a rotating schedule on identified large-format sites. Viewing distance, orientation, visibility and permitted creative shape the product.
Venue & Retail Screen Networks operate displays in stores, transport hubs, hospitality, cinemas, healthcare and other managed spaces. Location authority, required venue messages, opening hours and screen roles determine available time.
Stadium & Arena Screens follow sponsor commitments and the event run-of-show. Scoreboards, ribbon boards and concourse displays have different commercial windows and viewing contexts.
One operator can cover all three. We preserve their allocations, schedules and audience methods before consolidating the owner-level result.
Define the product and the delivery evidence
The billboard loop, venue screen and arena display illustrate physical placements. Each needs a defined screen, duration or loop share, operating window, approved creative and suitable selling route.
Compatible scheduling or content-management systems, players and specialist DOOH buying infrastructure connect accepted transactions to the screen. Creative approval, download or caching, scheduling and reporting must support the actual network. Programmatic buying does not guarantee an immediate change on every device.
Geographic selection can match a buyer's requirements to a known location and daypart. It does not identify every passerby. An open-market route or controlled buyer deal is evaluated against the operator's authority, supported technology and commercial terms.
Launch a route or improve existing screen income
For a first route, choose a defined location group and eligible time after direct bookings and venue obligations. Confirm screen metadata, creative rules, delivery and buying compatibility, priorities and a limited pilot.
For an earning network, trace available time through accepted orders, approved creative, scheduled spots, reported plays and receipts. Unsold time, outdated location records, rejected creative, screen outages and reconciliation gaps need different corrections.
For example, added demand cannot recover a booked opportunity on a display that was dark. The first test follows the diagnosed loss while protecting productive direct commitments.
Keep playback, audience and income distinct
Reconcile proof-of-play records with the creative, actual screen, time window and available display-health evidence. A player log has limits; we state what it establishes rather than treating a scheduled entry or a screen photograph as proof of delivery.
Audience impressions use a separately declared method. One play is not automatically one person, and adding repeated exposure estimates does not establish unique reach. Location, sight lines and operating periods must match the audience model used.
Net owner income includes agreed allocations, venue remittances and relevant technology or selling costs. Playback and audience estimates explain the result but do not replace financial reconciliation.
What your team receives
Your team receives a screen-and-time allocation map, a delivery and income baseline and a prioritized launch or correction. The pilot plan assigns sales, scheduling, venue, technical and provider tasks, with creative approval, playback evidence and required-message safeguards.
The result explains eligible paid delivery, retained income and operational effects, with audience and reporting limits stated. We recommend keeping, revising, expanding or stopping the route. Your authorized teams approve the release; integration, ongoing operations and portfolio work have separately agreed scope and terms.
