MonetizeDesk works with sports broadcast and stream owners and their production, broadcast and commercial teams. The event's timing and the owner's advertising authority define what can be offered. The work concerns eligible feed advertising; it does not sell event or broadcast rights.
Separate the break, the picture and the venue
An in-stream live break inserts a video ad into a designated interval. Its cue, duration, playback, fallback and return to coverage must be dependable.
A virtual sign in the transmitted picture is a production-integrated feed execution. It needs permission, creative review, a defined insertion path and agreed verification. Virtual insertion alone does not establish programmatic buying; that requires a suitable automated commercial route too.
A physical stadium screen belongs to venue inventory and its own operator, audience and proof-of-play. Spectator exposure, a camera-visible board and a separately altered feed image are not interchangeable units or additive claims about one impression.
The broader in-scene format also covers eligible film, series and entertainment production. This page addresses the additional timing and operational demands of sports feeds.
Prepare a first event or repair an existing feed
For a first pilot, select one reliably cued interval. Establish notice, duration, creative readiness, fallback and a safe return to play. Rehearse with the responsible production and advertising providers before a limited live release.
For an earning feed, compare planned breaks with cues, timely decisions, actual ad seconds and return to coverage. Late cues, partly filled pods, failed playback and reports that do not reconcile require different remedies.
A virtual placement is qualified as a separate production and commercial project. Its delivery proof is agreed before it is counted as revenue-bearing execution. Live monitoring tasks and coverage are assigned for the agreed event window.
Verify each actual feed variant
A genuinely separate territorial feed can carry its own approved linear spot or virtual sign. Viewer-specific IP advertising needs supported dynamic insertion; household receiver replacement needs operator capability.
Review eligible breaks, filled and played seconds, errors, fallback, return timing, feed-specific evidence and net event receipts. A territory label alone does not prove a different feed or household execution. Virtual units use their own production evidence rather than inheriting ordinary spot counts.
What your team receives
Your team receives a feed-and-placement map, an opportunity-to-delivery baseline and a prioritized event or production pilot. The plan names the feed, responsible teams, cue and creative requirements, rehearsal, coverage, fallback and verification.
The result explains what actually ran, what the owner retained and the impact on coverage and viewing. We document evidence gaps and recommend keeping, revising, expanding or stopping the change. Your authorized production team approves live execution; event operations and commercial terms are separately scoped.
Live Streaming covers the general cue-to-return workflow. Digital Screens & DOOH covers venue-controlled displays.
