MonetizeDesk works with satellite channel owners and their commercial, traffic and broadcast teams. The review starts with your feed-level ad allocation and follows the opportunity from sale to actual transmission and retained income.
Define the feed before defining reach
A commercial spot in the common feed reaches viewers receiving that transmission. If the channel operates genuinely distinct regional feeds, each can carry a separately scheduled creative with its own log and airing evidence.
A regional audience label does not create a regional feed. Different household ads require a supported DTH receiver replacement or separately delivered IP workflow. The channel is not assumed to control the viewer's receiver.
An approved feed overlay needs a distinct production, sales and verification path. An internet simulcast may share programming while having its own advertising allocation, insertion and measurement. These products are accounted for separately.
Introduce automation or repair the sales-to-air chain
For a channel selling manually, choose a defined group of eligible spots. Assess the buyer connection, approval rules and traffic integration, then track an accepted order through the scheduled log and transmission.
For a channel already selling automatically, examine unused dayparts, rejected creatives, accepted orders that failed to air, make-goods and receipts that do not reconcile. Another demand route helps only if buyer access is the actual constraint.
Strong existing advertisers and sales priorities remain part of the comparison. A limited pilot establishes whether added buying improves the channel's economics.
Compare what was available, sold and transmitted
Align available time, booked spots, approved creatives, planned logs, actual airings, discrepancies and net receipts by channel or real feed variant. Recognize costs and make-goods when evaluating effective yield.
Transmission evidence confirms an airing under the chosen method; it does not establish individual household playback. Audience estimates are identified as estimates. A simulcast result is not folded into the satellite result without a defined allocation and comparable evidence.
What your team receives
Your team receives a feed-and-allocation map, a sales-to-air baseline and a prioritized route or operational correction. The pilot plan sets eligible dayparts, buyer and traffic responsibilities, creative approval, airing evidence and reconciliation.
The result explains paid spots transmitted, retained income, operational effects and any unresolved reporting limits. We recommend whether to keep, revise, expand or stop the change. The channel approves live configuration and sales-policy changes; implementation and recurring work are scoped separately.
Broadcast & Linear TV explains the network buying model. DTH Platforms explains the operator's separate receiver capability.
